Questions or concerns
Once you’ve decided we’re the right band for your event, you will have a dedicated event coordinator at our agency Alive Network who will be on hand to liaise with you on any issues, questions or concerns. We’ll be in touch around 3 weeks before your event to run through the details and finalise any last minute arrangements.
At Your Corporate Event
Arrival, set up and soundcheckOn the day of your event we will arrive at your venue promptly and liaise with the event manager. Our standard time to load in, set up and sound check is around 60 minutes. However if a production company or AV crew are involved, this time can be greatly reduced. |
1st live setWe appreciate that schedules often slip on the day. Our experience means that we can take adjustments in our stride. We will liaise with you or the event manager at your venue to confirm the start time of the first set and can be flexible with our set lengths if timings go awry. After our first live set, we'll take a break. During this time we'll leave a playlist of carefully chosen music running through our PA system to keep the evening flowing. If you choose our DJ upgrade option, a member of the band will run the DJ rig and be on hand to take requests and make announcements. |
After soundcheckAfter set up and sound check, we ensure there is background music for you and your guests whilst we change into our stage clothes. We will need a secure changing room (not the toilets!), which should be arranged between you and the venue. Our 'rider' is simple and the standard for any band – just a hot/cold meal and soft drinks. |
2nd live set & end of the nightAfter our second live performance, we will provide background music or pre-arranged DJ service to bring the evening to the perfect close. After the agreed finish time, we will we pack down our equipment as quickly and discretely as possible. This usually takes under an hour |
